Training can take place in the comfort of your own home or outdoors. We revolve our sessions around the outdoors/at home and away from Gyms, for more enjoyment, adherence and motivation to continue.
One to one sessions are available, or train with a friend/partner if you prefer.

Exercising outdoors is better at cutting anger, fatigue and sadness than exercising indoors, the Hournal BMC Public Health Reports.
