All our Personal Training Clients are different e.g. different bodies, lifestyles and image/goals, however in common our Personal Training Programmes have helped to deliver the results the clients have wanted.

 

"We have one Body, so Lets Make it Count!" Our motivating Personal Trainer will help you to reach your image, with a Unique Exercise Program developed for each client.

 

Training can take place in the comfort of your own home or outdoors. We revolve our sessions around the outdoors/at home and away from Gyms, for more enjoyment, adherence and motivation to continue.

 

One to one sessions are available, or train with a friend/partner if you prefer.

Exercising outdoors is better at cutting anger, fatigue and sadness than exercising indoors, the Hournal BMC Public Health Reports.

Our Personal Trainer:

 

 

Emma Smith. I completed my BSc Health and Fitness Training Degree at Bath University, where I also gained my Personal Training through Team Baths Diploma in Fitness Excellence with Premier. I am a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals).
I have played sport from a very young age, my main sport being Hockey which I played for Somerset from the age of 15.
I have helped many clients reach their personal goals through enthusiasm and enjoying their personal training sessions.
