Pilates Classes
"Improve your Physical and Mental Health"
Pilates focuses on:

Building strength within your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles

Developing an awareness of how your body works, helping your mind and body to work in harmony

Rebalancing the muscles in the left and right side of your body

Creates relaxation and beats stress.
Pilates is a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises, providing a complete bodyworkout.
When attending a class regularly, you will be able to develop these above muscles, and those you didn't even know you had, without adding bulk!
Circuit Training
"Full Body Workout"
A one hour class which insludes a combination of aerobic and resistance training exercises, allowing all the major muscle groups in your body to receive an effective full body workout.
The class is easy to follow and suitable for all. It is adjusted to suit all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Circuits is made up of 8-10 different exercises which are completed one after another. Each exercise is performed for a prescribed time before moving on to the next exercise.

Emma Smith
I am Fully Qualified in Teaching Mat Pilates at Fundamentals, Improver Level and at Advanced Level.
I completed my Training with Future Fit Training in Gloucester, Southampton and Portsmouth.
I wanted to be able to Teach Pilates so I can help clients with a number of injuries and conditions, which would allow me to refer clients from the pilates to the sports massage and visa verse in regards to their required needs.
I am a fully qualified Level 2 Circuit Instructor which I gained with Active IQ.
Hannah Baker
Hannah Joined us in January 2010. She trained at 'The Pilates Studio' in Taunton, and is a fully Qualified Level 3 instructor in matwork and apparatus.
She first began pilates six years ago alongside her dancing. Due to an injury she had to stop dancing full time, which lead her on to train in pilates. "I wanted to help other people over come their injuries and realise how important pilates is for the body through small subtle exercises." Since 2008 Hannah has worked with a number of clients with medical conditions and also athletes.
