Circuit Training
"Full Body Workout"
A one hour class which insludes a combination of aerobic and resistance training exercises, allowing all the major muscle groups in your body to receive an effective full body workout.
The class is easy to follow and suitable for all. It is adjusted to suit all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Circuits is made up of 8-10 different exercises which are completed one after another. Each exercise is performed for a prescribed time before moving on to the next exercise.

A one hour class where exercises are carried out together at your own pace and level. The class is structured around strengthening the core and tummy muscles as well as strengthening the back muscles.
The class is easy to follow, and suitable for all levels of ability and age as you can work at your own level.

Exercises are carried out together as a group, and the exercises change each week in order to work different sets of muscles. Time of each exercises will be down to the instructors discression.
