Chair Based Exercise Classes

Suitable for those who wish to:

  • Stay mobile and reduce your risk of falling
  • Improve strength and balance
  • Aid the muscles used in everyday activities e.g. washing, dressing...
  • Socailise and meet new people

Tuesdays 11am West Monkton Village Hall

 

30 minute classes £3.50

 

The class is suitable for anyone, although primarily aimed at over 50 age group. Men and women of all ages and abilities attend.

Chair Based Exercise is suitable for everyone who wants to build up their activity levels without putting strain on hips, arms or legs. It makes them ideal for anyone with arthritis or osteoporosis or has had back, hip or knee surgery.
